Christie's – Auction Book Design

Across its fine art auctions Christie’s gifts bespoke publications to high-stake bidders. These publications were created for sales of works by Pierre Soulages, Lucio Fontana and Kazimir Malevich. The designs of the books echo the textures, shapes and strokes created by the artists. The books were intended to be coveted coffee table souvenirs for bidders, as well as pre-sale marketing tools.
